Easy Gel PRF Q&A

What is EZ Gel PRF®?

EZ Gel PRF® at Eli & Co. Aesthetics is a form of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatment. Elizabeth collects a small blood sample and processes it to concentrate platelets, fibrin, white blood cells, and other naturally occurring components.

The EZ PRF system uses low-speed centrifugation and no anticoagulants, allowing a natural fibrin scaffold to form. She can prepare the resulting PRF into a gel-like consistency for aesthetic treatment.

Because EZ Gel PRF is made from your own blood, it offers a more natural approach to facial rejuvenation. You can use it to rejuvenate areas where your skin appears thin, crepey, tired, or where subtle volume loss is a concern.

What are the benefits of EZ Gel PRF?

One of the most exciting aspects of EZ Gel PRF is its regenerative approach. Rather than simply adding volume, PRF provides naturally occurring platelets and growth factors that may support the skin’s repair and remodeling processes.

Depending on your treatment goals, EZ Gel PRF may help improve the appearance of:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Crepey or thinning skin
  • Under-eye hollows and tired-looking eyes
  • Mild volume loss
  • Skin texture and overall quality
  • Signs of aging

Results are designed to look subtle and natural rather than overly filled. Because every patient responds differently, Elizabeth can help determine whether EZ Gel PRF is appropriate for you and whether another treatment or a combination approach may better meet your goals.

What happens at an EZ Gel PRF visit?

Your visit begins with a consultation so Elizabeth can evaluate your skin, discuss your concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan. Once you’re ready to proceed, she draws a small amount of blood and places it into a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the desired components.

While your PRF is being formulated, Elizabeth prepares the treatment area. The resulting gel is then carefully placed into targeted areas using an injection technique selected for your anatomy and goals.

You may experience some temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising following treatment that can occur with injections and blood draws. Elizabeth gives you personalized aftercare instructions and lets you know what to expect as your results develop.
